Each package includes a set number of emails per month, strategic planning, analytics tracking, and optimization. I handle everything from writing to email design, so all you need to do is review and approve.

For retainer clients, payment is due upfront each month to reserve your spot in my schedule. I accept payments via credit card or bank transfer via my CRMs client portal (Bonsai). You can also save your information for ease of future payments. For one-off projects like automated sequences or sales pages, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the first draft.

If we’re optimizing an existing funnel, improvements can happen even faster. My approach is data-driven, so I track key metrics and continuously refine your strategy for the best results.

I’m full-service, baby! I focus on strategy and copywriting and also handle email setup, formatting, and scheduling in platforms like ConvertKit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign. I also can do basic design and have a designer i work with for more design-heavy email needs. These services are included in my retainers and available as an add-on for project-based work.

I typically book 4-6 weeks in advance, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you’re ready to start. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling. If room in my schedule opens up, I will always reach out to see if anyone wants to move their project up.

Due to the nature of my work, I don’t offer refunds. However, I ensure every project includes space for feedback and revisions so you’re fully satisfied with the final deliverables.

I have experience with ConvertKit, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, and Mailchimp. However, I’m always happy to learn a new platform if you use something different! My focus is on optimizing your email marketing, no matter what tools you prefer.
